Yes. All products are laser engraved with logos, text, or custom artwork created for you in our studio. Artwork and design included.

Absolutely. We can create one of a kind, unique art. Use a favorite photo, provide ideas or a concept. We can even provide a digital sample so you can see what it might look like on any product.

Yes. Digital proofs are provided and approval is required prior to custom engraving.

Our Signature pricing includes design and artwork.

Our signature products are slate charcuterie boards and powder coated stainless steel insulated tumblers.

In some cases. Because all products react differently to laser engraving, we test engrave any new items. We ‘burn’ a sample to dial in our settings. This process can make the first item unusable. This means because one item is used in testing we won’t be able to serve you if you have a ‘one of a kind’ piece to engrave.

We accept checks, cash, Zelle and an optional card payment.

Should you choose to pay with credit, your invoice will come electronically with an easy pay option which includes a 3.5% convenience fee that covers the cost of our charges.

Standard production is typically 5-7 business days depending on quantity after proof approval.

Our Hydration Collection tumblers are bubble wrapped. Boxing is product and quantity specific. Each box is clearly labeled with contents.

Specific to our Signature Slate boards, as the top photo shows, each custom slate piece is presented in a black hinge lid box, suitable for gifting. If mailed, this same packaging is packed in a USPS Priority box.

We deliver free of charge in the greater Phoenix/Surprise area for our tier 4 pricing. We often combine smaller deliveries in common areas. Products outside this constraint or area are shipped via our carrier with special pricing unless otherwise arranged. Slate typically $16-$23 available for most U.S. zip codes and our Hydration Collections varies by style and quantity.

Yes. We offer blind drop-shipping.

No, we don’t have contracts. Order once or often!

No. Our Signature Series Slate and Hydration Collection include complimentary design services. This covers logo placement, revisions, and collaboration to transform your photos or ideas into a polished final piece, ensuring you receive a gift you’re proud to give.

For more advanced custom design work, such as individual names, new logos, event artwork, or fully original concepts, a minimal design and production fee may apply.
